Fix-it Bros will full responsibility for the project management, site supervision and on time delivery of the project..

We have in place proven systems and management procedures which include:
• detailed project programmes
• construction documentation
• cost planning and benefit analysis
• critical path analysis

Our approach ensures that project programmes are achieved through contact and direction of external consultants and suppliers. We manage the entire design process to make it easier for you. You can choose to be involved as much or as little as you want.

Upon completion of the construction work, final quality assurance inspections are made prior to commissioning and handover to the client.
